Just for the record some ideas: If rocket does it's job well, it shouldn't decrease reliability.. For example: Rocket done it's all job well, but Moon crasher failed for some reasons.. Rocket reliability decreased.. Or even.. why the hell reliability after failed mission? Maybe the problem was foun...
