Hmmm, seem little inconsistent. Elephants also get only basic -50, yet it's reported as bow/sling vs Ele. Basicaly it makes chariots look like like a better shooting target, when in reality they are at the same level of protecton with arm/prot cavalry. Horsies just get there by a more scenic route (...
