PSP version:Unit Marking

Howdy All,
My question today is: On land units that have been in game for awhile, I have noticed a small letter(r) in the lower right hand side. After reading the manual many times I am still at a loss for what it means. Can anyone help?

PSP version transportation loops

Howdy all,
I just bought mhceaw and I love it! Although it has taken me a good while to sort it all out. I have found one issue, every time I go to use a loop it shuts my psp off. Has anyone else dealt with this?

psp system: transportation loops

Howdy all,
I just bought mhceaw, I love it. Although it took me a good while to figure everything out. So far every time I have tried to use the loops, either one, it shuts my psp off! Is it me or has anyone else experienced this?
