How does AI buy units

Hello, I would like to ask a few questions about tweaking AI in scenario/mods. 1) Does anyone now, how the AI decides which units to buy? And is it possible to affect this somehow (maybe via some values in efile)? Especialy if AI does have a lot of prestige? I would like to create a dynamic scenario...

Hi. Unfortunaltely there is actualy no news. The gameplay roughly works, but the map is too demaning for low end PCs. And even on high end PC and fast internet lines you have to wait couple of minutes between turns because of long loading times between turns. So currently it is possible to play the ...

Germans attacked France too soon, while still fighting Poles. Because of this, German advance was not as smooth as expected and France was able to build up some defences. Also Italians are slowly losing Milan. This unfortunate situation favours Allies a lot - they recieve more prestige per turn than Axis.

Situation is much better for Axis in mainland China. Despite poor transportation posibilites, Japanese are slowly advancing into mainland.

But Japanese attempt to take Borneo by surprise with a small landing force failed. Japanese troops are scattered in the mountains and the only think that prevent British and Dutch forces from eliminating them is lack of prestige - they need more troops to hold back Japs in the mainland and Italians in north africa.

Update on progress: Europe, Africa, Australia, Oceania and North America has initial setup finished and all nation's behavior is scripted. Asia is partialy done (China, Japan, USSR and european colonies), some neutral nations needs to be done yet. South America is not done yet. I have also included ...

As I said before, speed of the game will be adjusted after testing. Main idea is, that the game should end, because one side wins, not because of runing out of turns.

That might work for Axis, but it will not prevent Allied player to buy his own units and attack axis.

Later start for units is probably not an option - what would prevent Axis player to attack Russia or USA?

I have to figure out some other way.

The problem of time after 1946 is not about end of units, but about lack of new units.

/nocache switch is probably a must. I will see during tests. The map size is compromise to give at least some reasonable level of detail in Europe or Indonesia and not to be unnecessary big. Yes, your mod was inspiration for me, but you focus on scripting historical events. I would like to focus on multiplayer more.
