I am having the black screen starting either the US or Soviet campaign.
Starting the US or Soviet Sandbox, and GSA campaign/sandbox works fine for me.

I do keep hearing the opening menu music on the background looking at this black screen.

I can confirm this. When you shutdown a program with SET people still assigned to it, it will show the max RD level reached message at the end of that season.

The desription of the SET center tells me the basic building allows for 10 persons. The mechanics only allow for 6 though. Not sure if the mechanics are flawed or desciption needs updating .

As I read that, I think Internal means 0.71 and 0.72 have been an update for their own developers, and we can expect the 1st public update tomorrow.
