Wappinshaw - the Glasgow wargames show - 1st June

Wappinshaw - the Glasgow wargames show is the 1st of June. We've moved to a new venue which is three times bigger - so more traders and games to occupy your Saturday. We're in the Kelvin Hall - a minute or two away from Kelvingrove museum and the retail and restaurant attractions of the West End, so...

Dismounting - Questions

A short question with a short answer? A dismounted unit is the same cost as the mounted version? Slightly longer question: Pg. 143 says you keep weapon/abilities - this includes drill and/or shock status? And finally: I've recently bought a Mongol army with some heavy and medium foot. The medium foo...

Structure of Publication

A practical question: What is the intended structure of publication? By which I mean that I presume there will be a rulebook and further list-books. Will these list-books be national, campaign or year themed? Please make me a play-tester!: http://www.flickr.com/photos/46755253@N00/2985780508/sizes/l...

Are we allowed to write notes in support of our requests to be beta-testers? If so, I've just finished a large scale project of a pair of matched corps-sized armies for the Peninsular in 28s. These thousand figures can be seen here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/46755253@N00/2985780508/sizes/l/ I'm a...

Roman Anti-Cavalry Tactics

Evening Chaps, Played my first game of FoG on Tuesday - had to wait until Book 5 of the army lists before I could play with my Trajic Romans [lesser known brother of Trajan] using the Principate list: http://www.flickr.com/photos/46755253@N00/898349671/ Played against another first timer using Early...
