I just have the DEMO on my PC but I haven't the code to activate the full version...where I can find it??

I HAVEN'T MY GAME YET

Hi all,
I'm edoardo and I write from Italy (sorry for my bad english).
I've bought COMMANDER EUROPE AT WAR on 05/24/2008 and I've paid it by credit card.
After this I had received an e-mail and clicking on the link I've download "Digital River Download Manager" to download the game...this software ...
