Panzerfibel specialization gives your two-star experience for newly purchased tank. Well, it is not the case for Waffen SS tanks, only for Wehrmacht tanks. Too bad.

I had two Waffen SS unit at the end of Blietzkrieg - Viking division and one arty. Just started Panzerkrieg and both of these units are not in the import list. If intention was to provide Viking just for Blietzkrieg, how about second regular unit?
