Re: Desert Fox no longer on AppStore?
Or they could spruce up Desert Fox and put it on Steam as they did with the other Shenandoah games.

Re: Desert Fox no longer on AppStore?
In any event, Slitherine could re-tool the game and re-release it for the next iOS. Don't let them convince you otherwise!

Re: Desert Fox no longer on AppStore?
Mark Herman, the venerated wargame designer, could NOT be more popular at the moment.
I'm really surprised that Slitherine is letting this die. Well, any of them die, but this especially.

Please stop telling us to go back and look at another thread which may or may not have the answer. Just answer the question.

Re: Will Slitherine give Steam keys t customers losing iOS g
Thank you. I know the request seems quixotic. I think it could be a very reasonable solution that could create a lot of goodwill. After all, you and I want to be *playing* your games...the platform doesn't precisely matter, especially in this context where there's not much choice!

Re: Will Slitherine give Steam keys t customers losing iOS g
That doesn't answer the question.
Once again, will Slitherine compensate its loyal customers by issuing them Steam keys for the iOS games that will be lost with the upgrade this fall?
Yes or No, and if no, why not?
Thank you for your attention to this customer service matter

Will Slitherine give Steam keys t customers losing iOS games
I figure I'm losing at least $40 of Slitherine product (not even counting the three Shenandoah games) when the App-ocalypse occurs this fall. Some Slitherine games that will become obsolete I've only bought in the past year or so. I would be very pleased to know that money was not wasted, and if Sli...

Re: Gettysburg: The Tide Turns - Status of the iOS version
Is there any word yet on whether Gettysburg will even be playable on iOS after fall 2017? All other Shenandoah games are being consigned to the ash-heap.

Re: Desert Fox no longer on AppStore?
We don't have plans to update Desert Fox as the cost to do this was very high and the response from the community haw been pretty much overwhelmingly leave it alone. Wait...you queried each and every gamer who bought Desert Fox and they told you, "No, it's OK, don't update it, we don't want to...

Re: Will iOS 64 Bit Support come for iOS 11?
All I'm seeing from Slitherine here is a TON of blame on Apple. But we've all known almost for a year (if not longer) that this was coming. Not so long ago, I stupidly spent money buying Hell, P&S, BA + expansions, and CotGW, only to find they will be obsolete in months. There are other game com...

Re: A selection of great iOS strategy games is on sale now!
I understand allowing some older games (Legion, BA) to die, but I don't understand letting games die that are barely three years old (BA2). I'm sure this is a labor of love and not one of profit, but who on earth is going to pay full price for these games when in 2 or 3 years they will be obsolete? ...

Buying FoG online manual for multiple OS's?
I would like to purchase the FoG online manual. I use a PC a lot, but we also have an iPad. Is there a way to spend the money once and unlock two different OS versions, for example for the iPad AND PC? That would be horribly convenient.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks for all your help, Pip. I just went over to Matrix and, despite the registering there being a pain, got the games I wanted with no Cart issues. But with all due respect, if I was not such a wargame nerd, I wouldn't have even done that. Nowadays, you guys need to make it easy, and if that mean...

Thanks, Pip! No, I am using Google Chrome and I haven't tried it on Explorer 9. I may not get the chance before the sale ends. I've certainly never had this issue on Gamersgate, Steam, or, as I said, GoG. They are only too happy to make ordering (and buying) hideously easy. btw, with each post I get...

Ordering digital games
Well, I'm having an issue where I can't keep my cart filled, and it also auto-adds games that I had deleted from it. This is more than basic stuff, guys, and it doesn't give me the greatest confidence that the games are going to be supported well when you can't get your ordering system to work. I am...
