^^ I did not try the field marshal difficuty yet, but i will see what i can do when i conquered the world once on medium difficulty.

Is it required to beat the campaign with a decisive on USA to get the surprise difficulty levels or is it enough to just win the campaign?
Because winning campaign with a decisive on USA on highest difficulty will get quite hard i think ^^
