It will take a while because Rudankort is probably busy with the new 1941 dlc and does not have time to work on the flags.
We cannot work on the flags because we have no tools for it so let us all be patient.

I also bought the game on GOG so someone else would have to put it on the steam workshop in case people desire to have the mod over there as well.
