A Xbow armed LH unit finishes its move 6 MU from an enemy unit on a 2nd/3rd move - can it shoot?

Whats the general consensus on how many figures should be included on a warrior; I was thinking three per base for my samurai but thta was mainly for economic reasons

I am looking at doing this army but looking to replace the Tercio in the starter army with coluneas and the points give me two of these with points spare - any one got any good ideas with what to do with the extra points?
