# 1 : The settings utility has to be opened 3 times ( from the the launcher ) before it will not crash. ( Opens on the 4th attempt. )

# 2 : Oversized window frames and text boxes.

I would like to try a few small tweaks first. Read several of the threads here, and they indicate that the rtq.* files need to be recompiled?
Are the *.a files also included in the "need to be recompiled" ?
How do I ... ?
