First the Polaris Sector Alliance 1.0b and next the Polaris Sector Alliance 1.03b Patch. Just these.

I just got this game via Steam and DL'ed the mod.
I followed ALL of your instructions modDB-site, which instructed me to DL the mod, patch with 1.02b and then with 1.03b.

I doesn't load the mod ...
