I tried running from launcher and from the exe directly, as administrator and without admin rights, and the bug was there before I applied the hotfix.

Greetings, tech support. Today, I upgraded my OOB: Pacific to OOB: World War II + BLitzkrieg. Besides not being able to load any of my old savegames (when I try to load them, the loading bar doesn't fill up), which I'm not too stressed about, the bigger problem is I can't seem to start a new campaig...
