Unplugged my XBOX 360 wired controller, and my two Saitek X-55 Controllers, rebooted, and it's working now.

Just downloaded the game from Steam, start the launcher, click the "Play Game" button, and when the menu screen comes up, the mouse seems stuck to the center of the screen. Moving the mouse seems to bump it a bit, but it keeps getting sucked back to the center. Windows 10 NVidia GeForce GT...
